Our Policies and Procedures
Guest check-in at 3:00 PM and check out at 11:00 AM. A late check out may be available with nominal fee, please check with front desk staff.
Arrivals after 9:00 PM must notify front desk at (800) 820-1441 for check-in procedures.
In order to avoid a one day charge, reservations must be cancelled at least 24 hours before arrival with the exception of Holidays and Special Events; reservations must be cancelled at least four days before arrival.
Due our limited parking area, parking is limited to one parking space per Suite.
On Holidays and Special events there is 3 day stay minimum and no discounts.
Credit cards are charged at check-out with the exception of Debit cards, which will be charged upon check-in.
Management reserves the right to charge all credit cards upon check-in on Holidays and Special Events.
Though we love them, we have a No Pet policy in rental Suites.
Cabana Room available for usage by all guests unless it is Reserved for a private function. Rental rates available by contacting front desk at (800) 820-1441 Cabana Room cannot be reserved on holidays.
Office and front desk opens at 8:00 AM and closes at 9:00 PM daily.
Government / Corporate Rates must show work orders at check-in.
Active Military must show ID at check-in to receive an additional discount.
All valid reservations made on-line MUST receive a confirmation number.
