  • Guest check-in at 3:00 PM and check out at 11:00 AM. 1:00 PM and 4:00 PM late check out available with nominal fee.
  • Arrivals after 9:00 PM must notify front desk at (800) 820-1441 for check-in procedures.
  • In order to avoid a one day charge, reservations must be cancelled at least 24 hours before arrival with the exception of Holidays and Special Events; reservations must be cancelled at least four days before arrival.
  • On Holidays and Special events, due our limited parking area, parking is limited to one parking space per Suite.
  • Credit cards are charged at check-out with the exception of Debit cards, which will be charged upon check-in.
  • Management reserves the right to charge all credit cards upon check-in on Holidays and Special Events.
  • Though we love them, we have a No Pet policy in rental Suites.
  • Cabana Room available for usage by all guests unless it is Reserved for a private function. Rental rates available by contacting front desk at (800) 820-1441.
  • Office and front desk opens at 8:00 AM and closes at 9:00 PM daily.
